SENIOR CARE

At Better Your Life, we offer a wide range of non-medical services to those in need of home care or personalized care services. We provide a customized care solution to encourage the well-being and independence of each client. We will work with you to determine the best care plan for you and your loved one.
At our initial consult, we assess health and nutritional needs, interests and preferences of your loved one and build a personalized care plan around your needs.

Live-In Care Companions
Live-In companions provide continuous non-medical care based on the client’s interests and needs. Most often three or four companions work in shifts to provide full coverage with comfort and dignity to your loved ones. It is a comprehensive service round-the-clock-care. Live-In Companions require private quarters.

Night-Care Companions
Night-Caregivers can offer a measure of safety and comfort to your loved ones, especially if recovering from surgery, an accident or illness. Similar to our respite care service, night care companions’ primary duties are to be nearby and willing to assist if help is needed. They will be on-hand to assist with bathroom care, sleeplessness and to provide conversation and distraction from pain. Even though their job is night care, our Night-Care Companions do need a place to sleep if services are provided at the client’s home.
Some of the most common activities our caregivers help with are:

- Meal Preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Personal Hygiene and Grooming Assistance
- Shopping, Errands, and Transportation
-
Light Housekeeping
-
Laundry Services
-
Administrative Services including mail and bill
-
Light Handyman Services
